My job is to help YOU develop a new level of strength and confidence through consistent challenge and finding a training style THAT WORKS FOR YOU. I’ve had the privilege of introducing younger generations to their first barbell, helping older individuals regain functional strength, developing training systems for college athletics, and preparing “average” gym-goers for competitions and events they never considered possible.
